Two plug-and-play, identity-safe trainings that turn your mission into daily practice—complete with simple metrics and grant-report artifacts. Both curriculums are specifically designed to help your staff understand how character initiatives can be implemented wholistically into your camp community.

What it is (60–90 min): Turn your camp’s mission into daily, visible practices that grow character—things staff can coach in cabins, activities, and shared spaces.
Who it’s for: Leadership & Direct-Service (separate track tips included)
You’ll practice
Mapping Mission → Character outcomes into 3–5 daily routines (intros, transitions, debriefs).
Using quick reflection prompts that make courage, empathy, responsibility, and teamwork observable.
Coaching with Curiosity → Compassion → Clear Correction so expectations are kind and consistent.
You’ll leave with
A one-page Character Practice Map (customizable).
Debrief stems + “challenge by choice” cues for activities.
A light metrics snapshot (2–3 look-fors your team can track weekly).
Leadership track focus: Align policy & schedules, remove barriers, set a 90-day pilot.

Who it’s for: Leadership & Direct-Service (separate track tips included)
You’ll practice
Consent-forward intros (share names/pronouns only if safe to do so) and privacy routines for vulnerable spaces.
LEAP for disclosures and Just B.R.E.A.T.H.E. for in-the-moment regulation.
When to escalate with CLIMB vs. when to coach and reconnect.
You’ll leave with
An Identity-Safe Character Playbook: intros script, facilities orientation, harm-response flow.
Somatic reset micro-tools for staff and campers.
Sample language for incident notes that track impact (grant-report friendly).
Leadership track focus: Minimum Safety Requirements as character preconditions; clear correction micro-policy.
