We are so glad you asked. You can join and pay only $0 for your first month (with setup), after that, its a monthly charge for whichever tier you choose. Each month there will be an orientation that you can either attend live or watch the recording at your convenience.

What is a TQAMP Community Orientation?

The TQAMP Community Orientation is your introduction to our vibrant network of camp professionals committed to justice, equity, and belonging. In this session, you’ll meet fellow members, explore our community norms, learn how to navigate Podia, and discover what to expect from Study Halls and Community Meetings. It’s a warm, welcoming space to get grounded in who we are, how we connect, and how you can make the most of your TQAMP membership.

What is a TQAMP Community Meeting?

Our monthly TQAMP Community Meeting is a live, interactive gathering for camp professionals committed to justice, equity, and belonging. Each session includes time to connect with peers, share what’s emerging in the field, and practice real-world scenarios using TQAMP’s BREATHE tool for reflection and response. We close with affirmations and collective inspiration to carry back to your camp community. It’s a space for connection, learning, and courage — where camp pros come together to breathe, grow, and build more inclusive camps.

What is a TQAMP Study Hall?

A one-hour co-working session with two breakout rooms: the Break Room for socializing and support, and Silent Study for heads-down body doubling. Start together, pick your vibe, switch anytime, and end with quick wins. Bring one task, leave lighter.
