TQAMP is looking for experienced trainers who want to create welcoming, affirming spaces for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth at camps and youth organizations across the U.S. and Canada.
As a contracted trainer, you’ll lead staff trainings that help teams build the knowledge and confidence to support every camper and staff member with care and understanding.

Qualifications:
Experience in training, facilitation, or education, preferably in a summer camp or youth development setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety and risk management practices in a camp environment especially as it relates to 2SLGBTQIA+ staff and campers.
Ability to lead and motivate diverse groups of staff.
Strong Problem Solving Skills
Valid Driver’s License
Schedule:
The contract would start in late April/ early May and would run through the end of June (possibly the beginning of July). This contract is valid for the 2025 summer season and may be extended or renewed depending on performance.
Pay and Contract Details will be shared after submission of interest.
Travel Expenses:
All travel covered per TQAMP policies (based on agreed upon spending limits):
Flights to and from your home airport
Rental cars for training sites
Daily per diem for food (to be determined)
Hotel stays as deemed appropriate
