TQAMP Queer and Trans* Inclusion Practices Review

$950.00

A developmental review for camps working to strengthen safety, dignity, and belonging for campers of all genders and sexualities.

Many camps care deeply about inclusion but are unsure how their policies, facilities, staff practices, and everyday systems are actually working together.

The TQAMP Queer and Trans* Inclusion Practices Review helps camp leaders identify what is already working, where gaps may exist, and what practical next steps will make the greatest difference.

This is not a pass/fail process. It is not a certification or accreditation. It is a structured opportunity to reflect, receive expert feedback, and move forward with clarity.

Why TQAMP?

TQAMP’s inclusion audit is conducted by Chris Rehs-Dupin, who has worked at the forefront of queer and trans* inclusion in summer camping since 2020.

Chris has supported hundreds of camps, developed camp-specific best practices, presented and participated at national camp conferences, and spent thousands of hours examining how policies, facilities, staff practices, and community culture affect the safety and wellbeing of queer and trans* campers.

His expertise is rooted in the realities of camp: shared living spaces, seasonal staff, caregiver relationships, traditions, risk management, and the fast-moving decisions leaders make every day.

The audit is informed by TQAMP’s Minimum Safety Requirements. It is not a certification or legal review. It is a practical, experience-based assessment designed to help camps identify what is working and where growth is needed.
